About You:
- Provide response support and convey resolutions to client issues through established processes
- Support relating to technical issues involving core business applications, as well as virtual environments
- Engineer and implement system solutions for customers using technologies that meet client needs
- Technical services and support at the network level; WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewall and security
- Design, implementation and support services for Microsoft related technologies; Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, VMware, etc.
- Implement and support disaster recovery solutions
- Engages in research and in depth troubleshooting to resolve technical issues
- Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment
- Remote access solution implementation and support; VPN, terminal services, etc.
- Primary contact for all network escalation requests
- System documentation maintenance and review in IT Glue
- required by management and established company policies and procedure
- Strong network engineering and firewall skills with vendors such as Cisco, HP, Meraki, Ubiquti, SonicWALL, WatchGuard and PfSense
- Experience with VPN and remote access
- Experience with VMware vSphere, vSAN, ESXi, NSX, AirWatch
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 active directory, group policies, remote desktop services, IIS, Exchange, and SQL
- Experience with data back offerings such as Veeam, Storagecraft, Datto
- Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing application, software and operating systems
- Familiarity with Los Angeles metro area
- Experience with ticketing software (ConnectWise preferred)
- Experience with document management software (IT Glue preferred)

About You:
- Responsible for supervision of all personnel and activities on AV project sites
- Obtain and read all contract documents including but not limited to: bid drawings and specifications, contracts, project workbooks, subcontractor scope of work and schedules
- Assist with the creation of proposals
- Provide technical A.V support of hardware, control systems and signal issues, troubleshooting problem areas and engaging in root cause problem-solving in a timely, accurate, and professional manner by providing in-person technical support or remote support by phone, email and remote desktop avenues
- Test or certify the performance of installed systems
